What is a Skin Roller

Ultimate Skin Treatment to Allow You to Look Younger

You're here because you want to get rid of your facial wrinkles, and eye wrinkles so that you can look young again. We have a unique concept to accomplish that, it's done in your home, safely and effectively, and without surgery.

The process involves using medical grade anti-aging skin products along with a skin roller to restore the collagen and elastin our skin needs. It's an effective facial treatment for deep wrinkles, fine lines, under eye wrinkles, or wrinkles on forehead.

We develop wrinkles because our skin loses suppleness and tightness as it ages. When we are young, our skin produces collagen as it responds to the growth of the body. Once in adulthood, this production slows down significantly and our skin begins to sag, which shows as wrinkles and fine lines and is more obvious in areas of skin which are stretched regularly, such as the mouth, forehead and eyes, (known as crows feet).

By restoring the production of collagen our skin becomes plump, thicker and its elasticity is renewed. The effects of skin needling erases the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, leaving you with healthier skin so you can look younger.

Skin rollers are used as a skin treatment to specifically remove wrinkles and fine lines. This anti-aging skincare process is often called micro needling or skin needling. It is a form of collagen induction therapy, and it's quickly gaining popularity in the USA, UK and Europe. The best part is that skin rollers do not damage the skin or remove the epidermis layer.

Our skin roller, derma rejuv, is a class 1 medical device which is simple and easy to use at home. It will boost the progress of collagen in the skin, and does this by penetrating the skin with the small micro-needles in the roller, they are small enough so you just sense a tickle but concentrated enough to activate the nerve endings that tell the skin to provoke collagen. This fresh layer will then thicken your skin, and remove all the imperfections.

Skin rollers should be very simple to use, but many people get caught up with all the various differing information out there. Here are some plain rules to remember which should take the hassle out of these terrific little devices.

Don't buy a needle length which is too long - You might assume that the longer the needle the better the result. While this may be marginally true, if the needle is too long, you won't want to use it as it'll be too painful.

Quality skin rollers are made with titanium needles instead of steel needles.

Q. What is the difference in between stainless steel and titanium needles?

A. Stainless steel needles are usually thinner and narrow enough to use on the face and delicate areas. It is very easy to bend or damage them. That is why the roller should be stored only in its case, so the needles are protected.

Titanium needles are thicker and more sturdy. They are accepted more easily by our body, and they are designed to last and not to bend.

Before performing the treatment, you must first identify the suitable needle size for use.

How do I use the Derma Rejuv Skin Roller?

Below are step by step instructions for using your skin roller effectively, if you aren't sure what type of skin you have, take our skin type test first to insure you use the correct skincare products.

Establish a Sterile Environment:
Please ensure that you wash your hands thoroughly prior to using the Skin Roller. Dry with a clean towel. Have the following items available:
•Face Cleanser
• - Dry, Normal, Combination, and Sensitive skin, use Rose Hip Seed Oil
• - Oily and problematic skin, use AHA Skin Cleanser

• - All skin types, use Glycolic Acid Exfoliating Skin Treatment

• - Dry, Normal, Combination, and Sensitive skin, use Multi Peptide Wrinkle Cream
• - Oily and problematic skin, use Retinol A Cream

• - All skin types, use Hyaluronic Acid Hydrating Moisturizer

Step One: Wash your face and neck area with the appropriate Face Cleanser, then apply the Hyaluronic Acid Hydrating Serum in a thin layer.

Step Two: Apply the Skin Roller in the horizontal, vertical, diagonal direction on your entire face and neck area. Rolling with minimal pressure is sufficient as using high pressure does not infiltrate more substances into the skin. It’s recommended to move the roller in one direction, from the crown to the front and/or sides. We also recommend that you use the roller at bedtime every other day until your skin becomes accustomed to the derma roller, then you can roll daily if you think it’s necessary. * You may experience redness and irritation due to microchannels formed, but those will be gone away in 1 to 2 hours.

Step Three: Reapply Hyaluronic Acid Hydrating Serum to face and neck area after using Microneedle Skin Roller.

Step Four: Apply appropriate amount of appropriate moisturizer cream onto the face and neck.

Step Five: (for daytime treatment): Apply appropriate amount of Sun Protective Cream onto the face and neck.

Step Six: (for nighttime treatment): Apply Moisturizer Cream, or Retinol A Cream on your face and neck before bedtime.

By using the skin roller every other day in the beginning of your treatments, you will see the benefits very quickly, and feel your face skin tightening more and more. Because fine lines and wrinkles are not a result of major trauma (unlike scars or stretch marks), your skin quickly regenerates. While everybody reacts differently, you should expect to roll back the clock at least ten years and even more in the case of heavy wrinkles or fine lines experienced by smokers and those who may have been aged by sun exposure.
